Terms of Use
These terms cover the ADVISR website, Intraday Price Mechanics course and related materials, ADVISR desktop application, chart plugins, ADVISR Ledger, and ADVISR Ledger Mentor Server. Product-specific provisions apply only to the products you purchase or use.
1. Your purchase
Your order identifies the products, license permissions, included in your purchase. Purchasing one product does not automatically license every ADVISR product.
- Intraday Price Mechanics: the educational course, with ADVISR and the chart plugins included as optional learning tools under the offer shown at purchase.
- ADVISR Ledger: a separately licensed application for recording and reviewing your trading and related financial records.
- ADVISR Ledger Mentor Server: a separately licensed application for operating a mentorship space. A Ledger license alone does not activate Mentor Server.
Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, purchases do not include third-party data subscriptions, domains, individualized advice, ongoing support, maintenance, future updates, or a promise of indefinite software availability.
All prices are in USD and are one-time purchases: Intraday Price Mechanics is $250 with two ADVISR activations; Ledger is $35 with one activation; Mentor Server is $250 with one activation. Each mentor and mentee needs their own Ledger license. Mentor Server does not include a Ledger license. These are separate products, with no bundles.
Updates may be released at the developer’s discretion, with no promised schedule or guarantee of future releases. ADVISR is built and maintained by one independent developer. Support is limited and provided as availability allows, with no guaranteed response or resolution time.
2. Education, recordkeeping, and trading risk
Our products provide educational, analytical, and recordkeeping tools. They are not financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. ADVISR is not a broker or investment adviser. You are responsible for checking records and calculations, making your own decisions, and any resulting gains or losses.
Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance, examples, chart levels, and journal reviews do not guarantee future results.
3. Licenses, content, and your records
ADVISR retains ownership of its software, course, plugins, and original materials. Your purchase grants the use described in your license and order, not ownership of those products. Do not resell or redistribute them, share activation credentials, or provide unlicensed copies, except as permitted by your license or applicable law.
A Mentor Server license permits you to operate a mentorship space within that license’s terms. This does not grant a right to redistribute ADVISR software or course materials.
Your own records and original content remain yours. You are responsible for having permission to import, upload, or share third-party content. Third-party software and content retain their own licenses and copyright notices; these terms do not restrict rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
4. Ledger, backups, and mentorship
You are responsible for keeping backups and protecting passwords, credentials, and devices. Review imports and conversions before relying on the results.
If you use mentorship, review what you share and the arrangements made with your mentor. The server operator manages that mentorship space and its records. A mentor’s opinions and services are not ADVISR’s advice or endorsement.
Mentor Server requires an available host computer, a Cloudflare account, and a registered domain active on Cloudflare DNS. The operator is responsible for their service accounts, domain, backups, and lawful handling of participants’ information.
5. Third-party data and services
External data, availability, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by their providers. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, changed, rate-limited, or unavailable. A product purchase does not grant additional rights to a provider’s data or services.
Ledger obtains exchange-rate data from the Bank of Canada, where it is available free of charge. Ledger calculates cross-rates through CAD where needed and may use the nearest available earlier observation for dates without a published rate. Rates are indicative, may differ from transaction rates, and are not guaranteed by the Bank. ADVISR is not endorsed by the Bank. See the Bank’s terms.
TradingView, moomoo, and other platform content retain their attribution and usage requirements. Cloudflare’s terms apply to its services. See Acknowledgements for the applicable credits and provider links.
6. Payments and refunds
Freemius acts as merchant of record for purchases through the ADVISR Trading store and handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, and chargebacks. Orders are final and non-cancelable; ADVISR does not offer refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Your purchase is also subject to the product-specific transaction and license terms presented at checkout and Freemius’s privacy policy.
7. Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of profitability, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Software may contain bugs or incomplete data. Nothing here excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Concerns, applicable law, and changes
Contact support@advisr.trading so we can try to resolve a concern informally. After a dispute arises, the parties may mutually agree to mediation or another resolution process.
